1. Scope of Services
- We provide professional mixing, mastering, and audio editing services as outlined in the product descriptions on our website.
- Additional services (e.g., vocal tuning, instrumental bounces, alternate mixes, or rush orders) are available as add-ons and may incur extra charges.
- All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are provided.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth workflow and professional results, you agree to:
- Provide all necessary audio files in industry-standard formats (WAV or AIFF preferred).
- Ensure files are properly labeled, consolidated, and free from technical issues.
- Provide any reference tracks, notes, or instructions at the time of order submission.
- Retain backups of your files. We are not responsible for file loss outside the scope of our work.
Failure to provide the above may delay delivery or affect quality.
3. Revisions
- Each service package includes a set number of revisions, clearly stated at checkout.
- Revisions are intended for minor adjustments (e.g., volume balance, EQ tweaks, effect levels).
- Substantial changes (e.g., swapping stems, adding new tracks, or restructuring the mix) are considered new work and will incur additional charges.
- Additional revisions beyond the included limit are available for purchase.
4. Delivery
- Standard delivery times are outlined in the product description. Rush delivery is available at an additional cost.
- Final mixes/masters are delivered digitally via secure download links or email.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on project size, workload, and client response times.
5. Refunds & Cancellations

6. Client Use of Services
- Final mixes and masters are provided for your personal or commercial use, subject to proper licensing of all source material provided by you.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal rights to all content submitted (e.g., samples, instrumentals, vocals).
- We are not liable for copyright disputes arising from unauthorized material.
7. Limitation of Liability
- While we strive to deliver industry-standard results, we cannot guarantee acceptance of your music by labels, distributors, streaming platforms, or third parties.
- Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
