Before Work Commences
- Clients are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is received before any mixing or mastering work begins.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to brando@46khzrecords.com and include proof of purchase.
After Work Has Commenced
- Once the mixing or mastering process has started, refunds are no longer available. This ensures fair compensation for the time, expertise, and resources invested in your project.
Timeframe
- Refund requests must be made within 7 business days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible, regardless of project status.
Non-Refundable Services
The following items are non-refundable:
- Revisions or add-on services purchased after the original order.
- Rush order fees (if applicable).

Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Revisions Policy
- Each package includes a set number of revisions, as specified at checkout.
- Additional revisions beyond the included limit are subject to extra charges and are not covered under this Refund Policy.
