Make your spoken-word audio sound clean, clear, and professional. This podcast mixing and mastering service handles podcasts, advertisements, commercials, and voiceover audio — so every word is intelligible, every episode sounds consistent, and your audio meets platform loudness standards every time.

Whether you’re launching a new podcast, producing a radio or digital advertisement, mixing a voiceover for a commercial, or delivering broadcast-ready audio for a client, everything is handled with a careful ear using industry-standard tools. Your audience will never have to adjust their volume, and your content will sound polished and professional next to the biggest shows and brands in your space.

Turnaround: typically 2–4 business days per project. Rush delivery available at checkout.

Mixing

Dialogue & Multitrack Mixing

I balance voices, music beds, and sound effects, remove noise and inconsistencies, and process each element using professional plugins from FabFilter, iZotope, Brainworx, and UAD so dialogue stays clear and upfront. Levels are smoothed so your listeners never have to ride their volume.

All sessions are processed using the FabFilter and iZotope plugin suites — the same tools used in professional broadcast and post-production studios worldwide.

Noise Reduction & Cleanup

Background noise, room tone inconsistencies, mic handling sounds, and unwanted artifacts are identified and removed so your audio is clean from the first word to the last. Whether you recorded in a home studio, a hotel room, or a treated space, the result will sound controlled and professional.

Music Bed & Sound Effect Balancing

Intro music, outro stingers, background beds, and sound effects are all leveled and balanced so they support your dialogue without competing with it. Every element sits in its own space so the final mix feels intentional and broadcast-ready.

Mastering

Loudness-Compliant Master

Your audio is mastered to the correct loudness target for its platform — around −16 LUFS for podcasts and Spotify, −14 LUFS for YouTube, and the appropriate spec for broadcast and commercial use — so it plays back consistently everywhere your audience listens.

Platform-Ready Delivery

Every master is checked against platform specs for Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and broadcast standards before delivery. You get files that are ready to upload directly to your host or deliver to your client without any additional processing needed.

How It Works

  1. Place your order — enter the number of episodes or spots in the quantity box and select any add-ons at checkout.
  2. Upload your files — after checkout you’ll receive a short intake form to send your raw audio files and project details including platform targets and any reference tracks.
  3. Review your mix — your completed audio is delivered within the turnaround window. Listen across devices and send your revision notes.
  4. Approve and download — once you’re happy, your final WAV and MP3 files are delivered and ready for publishing or delivery to your client.

Revision Policy

Up to 3 revisions included. You’ll have three rounds to request adjustments so the final result feels right.

Need more? Add Additional Revisions — 3 more rounds for $25, or go Unlimited Revisions for $60 and request as many rounds as you need.

Fair use (applies to all revisions): Revisions cover adjustments to your existing session — levels, EQ, balance, and cleanup. They do not cover new recordings or swapped audio files (these rebuild the session and may require an additional fee), restarting from a new direction, or changes after you’ve approved the final master. Reasonable turnaround applies between rounds.

Deliverables

You’ll receive:

  • Mixed and mastered WAV (to platform spec)
  • Mixed and mastered MP3

If you have damaged or degraded audio that needs repair before mixing, see the Audio Restoration service — it pairs well with this service for older recordings or field recordings with heavy noise issues.
